SHIPPING

We use one of our trusted partners listed below for deliveries and freight. We deliver all over United States at very competitive prices. Some pieces of furniture and bulky goods within New York and surrounds are shipped with a local courier.

Deliveries within New York for bulky goods are done at a flat rate of $150 for up to one UTE full. (Add $20 for an additional man on the job apart from the driver)

SAME DAY DELIVERIES

Same day deliveries (if the driver is available) within New York can be organized at a flat rate of $150 for up to one UTE full. Please call us on +1 646 771 2874 to check if the item can be delivered on the same day.

CLIENT PICK UPS

Client pick up is offered from our warehouse in Long island city, NY. No postage or handling will be charged on pickups. Cash/ Eftpos on pick up facility is also available.

RETURNS

100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply email us and return your item for a full refund if the item is damaged in any way (Except damages in transit). Item must be returned in its original condition, and within 30 days of delivery. Buyer bears the postage. Always email us first if you have any question or problem with the transaction. We're certainly willing to help! Our customer is always more important than the transaction itself.

TRANSIT DAMAGE

If you have reason to believe the item was dropped while in transit and has been damaged, please let us know. All of our items are insured for transit damage and the damaged item will either be picked up or replaced or a full refund will be processed. Partial refunds are also offered for items that can be repaired.
